Walking in the back-alleys of INOX after quite an entertaining (and expensive) show of Hancock, we came across a poultry truck unloading chicken.
There were some twenty of them, heaped one on top of the other on a beam-balance.
One lucky chicken that wasn't a part of the weighing, stood freely on the road, unattended by those making the deal.
What a perfect chance to run for its life!, I thought.
It stood there motionless... for about a minute... unaware of the proceedings, and unable to realize the golden opportunity it had.
And I kept walking, wondering about the irony in the scene.
If only it knew about its near immediate fate!
"It had a chance to save its life!", I exclaimed as we reached the end of the road.
"How could it!" said DJ, "It had to feed Vineet Keshari."
I was speechless.
